He has poo to manage!

he has better skills position players around him than most QBs.

check the other side of the ball.   Daniel Jones has poo to manage this week.

Sam has sucked for 4 straight years as a starting QB.   Sam isn’t a NFL QB and we are getting what we deserve for bringing him in.   What he should be is sitting on a roster like Mitch Trubisky, Menshew, etc.  and those guys are BETTER.  Which highlights what a bad decision this always was.

And they can't catch the last 2 weeks for what 7.8 qrts. Bring in more QBs for Anderson to drop passes from. Same with DJ and Hubbard too.

So, in the preseason, I said if Rhule found himself with another five win season he'd be on the hot seat and probably be released at the end of the season, contract or no contract? People laughed and laughed.

So here we are, week 7 and as a fanbase we're ready to call for his head already. My premise doesn't sound so stupid anymore does it?

Rhule, Brady and even Snow are coaching for their jobs right now. Sitting across from them is Joe Judge the guy the Giants were left to hire after Tepper put the big money contract in front of Rhule and would not let him go to NY before signing it. If these guys lose to NYG today, then the band starts playing the death march. It doesn't matter if it is an ineffective offense or a defense that gives up 500+ yards. It won't matter if it is a single botched special teams play. If we lose this one, then it's dead men walking. And considering how Fitterer has busily stocked the shelves with some real dented/labelless merchandise, he may well be gone, too.

Me, I want Rhule to succeed. I want him to be able to deliver what he said he would. This team, though, is even weaker on the field than it is on paper. And I think we're seeing a lot of business decisions being made by players with injuries and "injuries."

Today, Rhule needs to prove the narrative is wrong. He needs to show he is further along in this rebuild than the Giants are, that he is the better coach and worth the belief we put into him. Nice guy and all, but if you ain't winning, you're making losers of all of us.

He didn't.

That may have been the worst I've ever seen the Carolina Panthers play. Ever.

No one is doing anything behind this fugin OL that's what everyone has been saying not that some Sam fugin Darnold is the long term answer but ffs this team doinked cats on the head so hard they thought PJ was gonna do something....let that sink in.

Really bad QBs make bad OLs even worse.

the OL is a problem.  Sam compounds it by being the guy behind it. If you have a bad OL….you need a good QB.   Plenty of teams have and do play with weak OLs.

    • It will be really interesting to see how both sides handle this. I'm sure the team would love to get him signed to a 4 year deal based on his output so far and some potential factored in, i.e. something like a 4 year $30 million contract.  But I could see his agent telling him the best path is to take the one year offer, put up a big year next year and then really cash in. The team also has to keep in mind T-Mac's 2nd contract, which likely will happen after the 2027 season assuming he keeps improving as expected.  Even if we could get him on a budget 4 year deal for what he could become, the problem then becomes when he wants to re-negotiate in 2 years during the same summer we will extend T-Mac, and you don't want to spend that much on WRs in one offseason, just see the Bengals this last year. Taking everything into consideration, I'm thinking the 1 year deal and then getting him to sign a 4-5 year deal after hopefully say a 800ish yard season next year might be best for our cap situation and separate his and T-Mac's negotiation periods.
    • And yet jax made it no further than we did, and its very possible the Pats don't either. I think it speaks more to the overall down year for the nfl as far as having great/dominant teams, every team this year has fatal flaws that can be exploited
    • Ehhh I agree the nfc is stronger this year but their really werent any truly dominant teams this year everyone is flawed, I think the narrative for the NFL this year will to try ahd force a Josh Allen SB win
