I was on the fence, but now I can fully say that if Penn State loses Franklin and calls to inquire about Rhule, Tepper better have his ears open to working out a payout. Let's get an NFL coach.

Rhule would probably like to.  But he is financially bound to the Panthers with that giant contract. 

No college program is going to buy him out with his horrible NFL record.
