Belicheat did him well, I must say. Wish we had even basic core competency at the coaching and offensive line positions, in order to really see how he's changed, since he was last here.

Well he got the best coaching he's ever got, that's for sure. Like is it even close?

Tipping passes is what DL are supposed to try and do if they don’t get pressure. You can’t have it both ways. The real pressure started much later in the game. The tipped passes were an issue though and something QBs have to avoid.

Man, saying Cam had a bad game and was a big part of the loss is really bringing out the Cam Backers in full force. I loved Cam, but I understood why we moved on (hated both substitutes so far) and yesterday was not a game that made me feel like we can keep Cam past this season. I’ve never seen a 5-21 2 INT game be blamed on everything else.

Obviously a huge part of his pathetic performance is on him.  Im not suggesting that it wasn't.  But the O Line, OC, and WR's did him absolutely no favors either.

Whatever man, I watched that awfulness. The drop at the start was bad but are you really trying to say that when he missed the RBs on dump offs that it was play calling?

Man, Cam apologists are all over the place. 5-21 with 2 interceptions, yet somehow Cam’s inaccuracy was not his fault.

I was happy with Cam coming back but he was awful yesterday, worst I can ever recall seeing him play. If you didn’t see that then you need to be a wee bit more objective because he completely missed guys all over the place and we were down 27-10 before he got sacked.

The "drop" Moore at out 10 Cam was trying to get him murdered.  The defender had a straight shot at DJ and he felt the incoming hit

How does this staff think they should address the OL?

By bringing in a guy from the OL that helped Darnold see ghosts and the guy that gave up the hit that injured Joe Burrow.

I can't believe that I'm actually excited for Cameron Erving to start at LT again. Hopefully Brady Christensen and Deonte Brown can start getting snaps, because as much as I like Trent Scott he's a back-up that shouldn't be out there for more than a couple of games.

Tyler Linderbaum could still be in range with that first round selection...

I always try not to take PFF seriously but if anyone asks what is the biggest problem with the offense, I'll point at this. Here is the foundation to everything and it's airport grade toilet paper. We're setting up any QB, present or future, for failure until we get players that have some semblance of competence.

Again, what has Daley ever done in his whole time here that proves he is the better LT on the roster? BC has proven more than Daley in his limited number of snaps.

Idk what happened to Scott yesterday. He seemed to regress as the game went along. Maybe pulling him last week messed up his progression. We can only hope.

    • Exactly, I mean it as no offense to his coaches, but they coach at Holy Cross and not a Power 5 school for a reason. Given his success at that level and his solid testing, I'm surprised he went undrafted, seems like the type that could excel once he gets NFL level coaching. One of higher expectations I've had for an UDFA in a long time.
