Yes the Goat and the Superbowl champions never do that to any other defense...  10 points in the first half and 1 scoring drive really??

well, Cam Newton gets a TD on the goal line.  That was 7 points. 

But Rhule needed Sammy boy to have some glory.  Can’t let Cam have it.  That was Rhule calling the game based on who he does and doesn’t want to have the success in this game.  Not calling it based on how a coach should to win a game. 

that’s one example.   I think trick plays on key 3rd downs are bad personally.   But that’s me.  Pull that out on earlier downs.  I’d prefer a QB and not a WR on 3rd and long.

However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down.       That thread has all the huddle legends either posting in it or mentioned in it. I remember everyone of those folks and I truly miss seeing them post here. This place was so much better with them here.
