I still don’t understand why an owner would give final say on personnel to someone who had zero experience on an NFL level. Guess I finally have to agree that Rhule is one of the biggest BS artists to ever get a head coaching job in the NFL. We are so fuged.

Very discouraging. So, if Rhule thinks trading away all our picks to get Kurt Cousins or Jimmy G will save him, he can do it and nobody can stop him unless Tepper fires him.

Does the "final say on the roster" include the final say on draft day and the picks that go with them?  Because if that is the case that is truly insane that Rhule has that authority.
