Pasqualoni could turn out to be the right guy though.

No sense in having two coaches who authored winless seasons on the same staff.

Pasqualoni has a lot of NFL experience.  Unfortunately most of it is 1 or 2 year stints as the DL coach and a couple of short lived DC positions.  Which suggest he wasn't a rousing success at any of those jobs.  

I guess it's an OK hiring.  Just having more NFL experience in the building is a good thing for Rhule.  But this hire definitely doesn't blow me away or anything.

what happened:

most likely the only guy that returned Rhule’s call via landline and it was probably by accident…

Rhule starts going on with his salesman speech about the process and how that actually means changing corse and dives into his invisible success…

confuses the holy hell out of him and he agrees just to get some peace and take a nap

Bet this guys is deep into analytics.  Rhule is cutting edge and sought out a big brain.  Been into analytics long before all these young hipsters invented it.
