3+ years.  Get rid of this staff after another losing season....get another coach and completely new staff in, probably take a few years after that.

And by the way, I do not think that will happen.  I am talking about BEST case but if I am being real with my pessimistic self, I say 10-15 years.

I don't think any active posters on this board will see the Panthers in the Super Bowl unfortunately. Maybe some of our grandchildren if the team is even still around and hasn't been moved to San Antonio or some bullshit

yeah too many (good) freak accidents have to occur with a tepper led organization to reach the sb. i hope he sells the team.

Head: It takes so much to go right to make one. The losses have sucked but making it to 2 in the last 20 years is still better than a lot of franchises. 

If I had to take the over/under of 2030, I'd take the under, just because the alternative would suck too much to think about.

Yep. The Bengals are a terrible organization and basically completely lucked into an elite franchise QB and the best rookie WR anyone has ever seen. That's the type of luck it would take for us and that's assuming Tepper gets our coaching situation fixed. So yeah...
