Not excited, but I can still pull for any Panther’s team that has Cam Newton.

This would be perfect idea.  

McAdoo from what I have heard likes the TE.  Cam loved using his TE.  If Campen can get Brown and Christensen and hopefully a couple good FAs on the O-line going we could have a decent run with Cam.  Willis could see how this works and be the future of our team.

Interested but not excited.  I would expect the coaching staff, if they are competent, to assure the OL was capable.

Cam and Willis seem too already have a good relationship and I think Cam knows that his time as a starting QB is almost over, but he can still be a good leader for a team and mentor for a young QB.

Take a LT at 6, make smart offseason signings, and don't flatten the salary cap and don't trade any picks or players away that are worthwhile.

 

 

So the next coach has a better chance to succeed.

I don't see a way this year will become exciting until Rhule and co are fired and we are discussing the next crew.

Hell no I’m not taking someone that is going to have to sit for a whole season or more. We need help on line and other positions. We need a starter day 1, people saying taking Willis is crazy. Hell I hope Steelers or someone trades in front of us just so it’s not even a question.

Last season, the signing got people excited. The actual results left them disappointed.

at least we’d have something to look forward to with Willis.

a Jimmy G with a better OL is still stale.  Still .500 CEILING.

And know that the staff is just going to get blown up at seasons end.  So what’s the point of even watching.
