Probably just a special teams guy next year but he offers a lot of potential. Guy is an athletic freak and he looks the part, definitely the guy you want getting off the bus first.

Decent coverage linebacker with room for improvement, the big thing is cleaning up those missed tackles. He looks like Tarzan and plays like Tarzan which leads to some missed tackles when he’s trying to crack someone.

Brandon Smith was unaware that Matt Rhule played LB at Penn State. But he shouted out Yetur Gross-Matos, who he said has been put in a good position with Carolina and expects the same for himself.

Physical tools reminiscent of Anthony Barr. Lots to learn both in technique and mental processing. I'll take this kind of player in the 5th all day, his ceiling is that of a very good NFL starter, even if there's only a 10% chance he reaches it.

His issue is processing.  However, a 5 star recruit who probably was always able to get by on his athleticism (like Cam) so his processing is not as developed as someone who needs it to compete.

The Washington Commanders traded the 120th pick and 189th pick to the Carolina Panthers for the 144th pick and 149th pick.
