Damn I love fitts... Such a breath of fresh air as opposed to the scared to make a move conservative approach of old. Being in on every deal is how all teams should go about business.. Even if you not buying you damn better be window shopping if your trying to win in this league... Doesn't hurt to inquire.

If by "produced" you mean...inexplicably shoved into a role earned by default and which he promptly demonstrated he'd done nothing to earn...

then yes.

A 6th or 7th rounder normally doesnt see the field or is cut, yet hes had over 600 yards twice. Not every draft pick is going to be all-pro.  This isnt Madden.

Good move on somebody who was going to get cut. I would expect to see another trade of an extra WR we now have, even if it gets us a 6th or 7th, it's something. More teams are doing trades than ever before instead off just cutting guys, using late round future picks like poker chips.

So we basically got a high 7th round pick value.

Ignoring time, Daley was a 5th (34) - 7th(8.2) = 25.8 or a
6th round pick 4.

Attempting to adjust for time Daley was  '24 5th- '24th 7th= 6th-8th=  21-0= 21, or 6th round pick 16.

Looks like a mid to high 6th.

    • I'm used to people crapping on the panthers in public spaces. I used to have to defend Cam fugging Newton until I was blue. I come here to talk Panthers and it is literally the same 5 posters you see in this very thread saying the same things, every single day. it's not about having tough skin, it's the constant negativity by the same people. its boring, its annoying, it clogs discussions. this place has really changed and I regret signing back in. I only have like 5 mins a day to spend consuming panthers content and its always the same posters and same crap. we used to have a 6'6 gunslinging battery ram, and he would constantly get dragged through the mud for not being enough, or doing this or that or not diving on a fumble. at the end of the day, it's a people problem. people love to bitch and complain. they'll never be content, they'll never just sit back and root the team on. we had one of the best teams in the NFL on the ropes to move onto the next round of the playoffs while the stadium was alive and well and that wasn't even enough to just enjoy the show.
    • I mean Stroud had a down year, but it was still better than Bryces best year
    • Anybody else see that the panthers have the fewest miles travelled of any team this year? Don’t know it matters too much but it can’t hurt 🤷‍♂️
