It's clear we will never have a quality offensive line under Matt Rhule. It's Ron Rivera all over again just playing favorites.

...we have soooo many holes it seems on this roster...could someone else get better production...i think so.... our only hope is dr tepper shaves off some of that bone on his forehead to allow some blood to get to the frontal lobe where reasoning and cognitive functions occur....

This is on Bozeman if he can't definitively beat Elflein

In a vacuum maybe.

but we watched both them start last year.  One is a better player than the other.

and now both reside on a team that has displayed very questionable roster management.   OL being one of those spots.

Matt Rhule is going to continue playing a bad player for "reasons".

We've seen this time and time again. It was blatantly obvious Rhule was desperately trying to find a starting spot for him on the OL in camp and then the Bozeman injury gave him his excuse.

I have no idea what he sees in Elflein that everyone else is missing, but opposing defenses sure do appreciate it.

Lol kind of like R. Rivera with Siona Fua😫 oh the misery

    • I wonder how much of Brazell playing boundary was because he was the best weapon on a Tulane team bereft of talent. I’m not familiar with Tennessee’s WR room, but guessing he was the most talented WR there too. If he truly can run the whole route tree, I could see him getting moved around a bit.   That being said, Coker has spent a good amount of time in the slot, so let’s put some speed on the opposite sideline as 4 and let TMac & Coker work the middle of the field.    Please bring in Njoku now too.
    • Doubt it, but this is put up or shut up time for him.  Id say he's got one final opportunity before we send him packing, and some team with an actual professional qb picks him up and he shines.
    • Yeah auburn is in the toilet. I don’t mind him leaving there so much as going to Orlando to play for the 2024 version of Gus Malzahn. when malzahn left UCF, if it was really about the (offensive) coach he could have followed him to Florida state and played actual competition. Instead he stayed in the big 12 and I could not care less about what he did in that schedule against that caliber of offensive lineman. I didn’t follow the draft this year, I’m too busy with work and buying a new house, and I don’t follow big 12 football as a rule. Maybe he jumped off the charts with the scouts and coaches. But the only requirement to play offensive line in the big 12 is being able to get back onto your feet quickly and block for two seconds and do it 60 times a game.
