Late to the party, but here's to some real hope for the future. Haven't felt so much apathy for this team in such a long time.

EVER, for me.  Even the Pickles year, Fox lame duck year and yes, even 2001.  Even the 2001 team was competitive with a less talented roster until the last two games where they packed it in.  Heck, they even lost 2 OT games.  We can't even get to OT with this squad under Rhule.

Thank God no exit presser!!!! He just bounced lol.

That Rivera presser when he was canned was so awkward. I loved Ron as a guy and he did a ton for the franchise so I was cool with it but yeah it was just strange. I can't imagine how absurd a Rhule presser would've been

Glad he is gone, but let's face it, there is no magic pill that will save this dumpster fire of a season.

There certainly is; it’s called cyanide.

This feels bittersweet since it should’ve happened last year.  fuging Shahid Khan had to go and hire Urban Meyer to overshadow Rhule’s ineptitude last year.  Better late than never.

Tepper HAS to hire consultants to help with this next hire.  I have no faith in the man to make the right choice by himself

    • The #Panthers explored the possibility of adding Jaire Alexander, but there was never an offer made, a league source told @theobserver.   https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/1935436577649401872?s=46
    • Yes I agree, the future RT could easily be christ. When he shocking re-signed here for the cheap, he said part of the reason was the OL coaching staff.  I've already thought too much about 2026. The RT has all the options, including resigning Motown. I was never a big fan, but he's solid and peptides and stem cells can fix a gippy knee. If he makes it though this year and wants to return, why not for 2 years 16 million?? Or like you said give the job to Christ or draft your RT...... that I feel is the best current method. With both OGs in the 20 million per cap range and Icky......ooooooooooo boy he could be the first 30 million per OLmen in NFL history. That's a huge portion of cap space for the OL, which I agree with, but in order to offset those 20 and 30 million deals... you need cheap rookie contracts. (unless Motown would take a huge pay cut and whoever the C will be).  This is the deepest OL I can recall in Panthers history.  I believe Morgan should try and trade either Kingston or Zavala.  I didn't even talk about Yosh, Tarquin, or Walton. Yosh is same age as christ and why not him as RT after good swing tackle years? Tarquin is a UDFA on the prayer program, 150,000 in guarantees and why not him in 2026? Walton seems to be a OL coach favorite, he followed the Tampa Bay staff here after 2 years there and add in one year here, he's stuck around for some reason. I think they need to spend very light on RT and Panthers have lots of options, I love it.
    • That better not be the case. They need to be ready week 1. The easiest part if their schedule is the first few fames
