Didn't Rhule say something to the opposite of that? Like he had his hands full coaching and didn't want GM duties.

The 49ers lost to the bears broncos and the falcons…. You can’t knock those other teams and not the niners.

Brown, Burns, Icky, Horn, BC, Jordon, Henderson, off the top of my head. Jury is still out on YGM. Shenault showed a lot of promise recently. we have plenty of young talent brought in in the last few years.
