He's way too proud to admit it, but yeah.

Roethlisberger was talking about it last week. Just watching his body language and how he was playing. He doesn't want to be out there. He's not having fun.

He should have walked away. He has nothing left to prove. All he’s doing at this point is losing time with his kids and risking injury.

are you baggin me...thought we'd be down by 17 by now...

Every team is going to slow play the Panthers. Wear down the Panthers defense and then open up the playbook going into the 4th quarter to slice and dice the Panthers D with 15 yard outs and the deep pass when the secondary breaks down and the 4 man rush can't get to Brady.

This will happen until the Panthers prove they can score points on offense, the defense can dominate in the 4th with a 4 man rush, or the coaches can prepare their offense and make the calls to be efficient and effective with the 4 minute, 2 minute, and 1 minute drives to end/win a game in the final minutes.

    • Indeed.  If you’re struggling mightily with your own on field performance, you’re in no position to exhort or call out someone else.  Just grind and let your own performance speak for itself.
    • i love people with no medical experience making tenuous assumptions based on, uh, the fact his dad sucked in every practical lab in med school and had to go into psychiatry its fun to think of what these same fans would be saying with any other profession "well his dad was a cardiologist so obviously he knows how to stay calm." "well his dad was a neurologist so oviously he keeps his brain waves at a low level and isn't at risk of seizure, which is good (obviously)." "well his dad is a surgeon so he knows how to overcome his lack of confidence over height." "well his dad was a pediatrician so that's why he looks like a child, but kids don't get injured easily and have limitless potential so-"
