Bruce Arians For HC?

I've never been all that sold on Arians as a HC.  Without Brady and the veteran talent influx at Tampa, he would be average or slightly above.

I don't hate the guy, but he is one of those coaches who is going to do things his way, even if it is not working.  He and Brady apparently locked horns on that early on.  Worse, he will abandon what is working to do things his way, even when the results immediately afterwards make it obvious it was a bad decision.

Plus, I think that for his own longevity here on planet earth, he needs to take things easier than a HC can afford or he would be willing to.

Hard pass.

One name I’ve not seen anyone bring up is Bruce Arians, and I’m kinda curious why. He brought the Cardinals to relevance, and they immediately shat the bed after he left(Sorry Wilks) and he took over a Bucs team that hadn’t done anything for years, and helped lead them to a super bowl. You can say Brady was the main reason why, but after being forced out by Brady this off season, that team has taken a major step back.

Not to mention the work he did with the colts in keeping them together and leading them to the playoffs as a intern coach.

I know he’s older and maybe he’s done with coaching, but considering he was forced out as Bucs HC; I think he might still have that itch.

I read that Arians is a real doucher. Also, he was not forced out as head coach was he? I thought he just retired?

And The Bucs are so much better without him aren't they , the same Bucs that couldn't score a TD against us

I take it you believe that is due to Arians' brilliance and not the fact they lost Gronk, Brady has been so-so, and they lost several other pieces (especially OL).  But, sure, you're right, Arians would have had them right up there with the Vikings and Eagles.

Check please!

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
