Draft position updates

The only real changes was that the Browns, Packers, Raidahs, and Steelers all "graduated" from the 4-win club.  They were all behind us to start with, but it gives us a bit of a cushion.

Would have been nice if the Rams and Broncos would have held on.  We still would have been ahead of the Broncos (I think) because of last week's win, but that would have tightened that up a little bit.

Detroit and Seattle would not have been so amused, since they own those picks.

Bad news for 49ers which could be good news for those picks

As long as that defense keeps playing the way they have, they aren't losing too often. They are also forced to use CMC more right now, which benefits them with the way they play.

Take Penix off the board

Is that a done deal or is he able to switch his decision prior to the declaring for the draft deadline?

I think he is making a mistake not going to the draft because he is probably a guaranteed first-rounder. If he plays next year and suffers an injury, he may fall out of the top three rounds

Not sure, I think the deadline is mid January to declare for the draft so maybe he'll change his mind after their bowl game?

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
