Official Panthers at Seahawks GameDay Thread

Oh,,  the Panthers win alright ..

This will ( IS ) be  the most fickle season in Panther history.  Another twist and turn.  We hate a coach, we have seen 3 QB's  have decent "quarters" ,  then suck in most. Head coach is awful ,  fire him,  and some of his assistants..  Interim coach is doing  " ok"  but we still are 3-4 with him,  so that by the end of the season, half the fan base will be singing his praises and the other half wanting more in a head coach. For the most part this team gets and F on offense, and a C on defense.  Special teams are better than last years lol.

SO HELL YEAH WE'RE WINNING TODAY TO KEEP US IN THE HUNT ,,,,  AND MAKING OUR DRAFT NOW QUITE AS GOOD.  ( I don't think the QB class that is coming out is all that good  , so we probably won't get a franchise QB in the draft anyway )

GO PANTHERS .  BEAT the SEABIRDS

Wilson with the Broncos was one thing, but man was it hard to beat him in a Seahawk's uniform.  I know Geno Smith has been good this year, but I'm not sure he can be the magician in a close game like Russell.  If it was close, Russ always found a way to seal the deal against us. If we can keep the game close or take a decisive lead out of the gate, I like our chances.  Getting Seattle's crowd heavily involved early and often would be a recipe for disaster.

    • I didn't move the goal posts. But anyone who follows football who wants to engage in a rational discussion can't argue that 10 7th round picks are equal to 10 1st rounders in value. The argument has always been we haven't spent as much on defense has we have on offense. Draft picks have value just like salary. We have not spent the same amount of draft pick salary cap on defense that we have on offense since drafting Bryce. It's not even close. Just the 2 1sts we used on Bryce, 2 overall 1sts have a value of 6000. That doesn’t even factor in DJ Moore or the 2 2nds. Bryce cost more than everything we've spent on defense in 6 damn years.
    • We need to hope this scenario plays our next week he fails with pressure…what that means with Evero, is beyond me
    • Woukd be a great addition You know the issues from my prespective, 2 things the Panthers must do 1. Edge or pass rushers or 2 oline or 3 oline or as Andy Reid says, when in doubt, draft a lineman it is time   That oline is troubling plus a small person at QB  they   1. Can do a lot better than mayes at center, 2. and lewis has had injuries all season. 3. Moton should not have  been resigned long term, 4. corbett is a shadow and will probably be released  5 and Christianson coming off Achilles   6 and the kicker, would be Ickey’s contract if they decide to keep him INMO rookie and contracts will be needed to offset all that
