Maybe THIS is why Harbaugh wants back in the NFL

Harbaugh would be a quantum leap from Matt "the bum" Rhule.

To me its not even close.  Harbaugh has a long history in the NFL with lots of connections.  Matt Rhule barely had a cup of coffee in the NFL, and he was only an assistant.  NFL guys didn't know Rhule well enough to risk coming to work for him, or Matt was dumb enough to think he could run an NFL offense AND NFL defense with college guys.  Harbaugh's first OC in San Fran had 13 years experience in the NFL, while the defensive coordinator had close to 25 years experience in the NFL.  That was in addition to Harbaugh's 15 years experience in the NFL.

To me, it’s a natural progression to sign Harbaugh. He needs a change and for us, he is as close to a sure thing as we can get. He may wear out his welcome at some point, but he is likely to product a winner. That is something we are desperate for. I am willing to accept the risks he brings in order to get back to winning seasons.

Yeah, as mentioned earlier, Harbaugh's likely to pull a Pete Carrol.  If these investigations have any teeth,  he's not going to stick around for any sanctions.  Pete was like--'the NFL sounds really good about now' and dipped on USC as the program was about to get penalized.  Hey, it worked out for the Seahawks.

Maybe the formula of NFL--> College--> NFL could work again.  Carrol was anything but successful in his first NFL coaching stint, but the second time seems to a charm for many coaches in the NFL.

the charges against him are lame. he used an analyst, and he told investigators to fug off. that’s about it. not exactly red flag territory

Sorry. I’d rather not read the article and simply jump to conclusions based on the headline that support my opinion.

Five years later and y’all still whining about this. There were no fake classes and fraudulent grades. This has now been proven. We’re the liberal studies classes up to standard with the rest of the university? Probably not; however the facts and numerous investigations and hearings exonerated UNC.

a lot of people were mad at UNC and NCAA because they (as low life fans of other schools) invested a lot of time and energy into it. Y’all need to be mad at people like Danny Kane and Jonny Solomon for stringing you along for clicks and website traffic.

That’s a lot of cope.

NCAA is a joke. they make up stupid ass rules so they can dish out penalties for wearing the wrong underwear, yet they let people like Calipari cheat continuously with no repercussions because they are afraid to piss of kentucky fans. their absurd rules are purely an ego stroke so they can feel like they are in control.

Not saying Tepper is great, good, or smart, but whatever he is, those five dopes run circles around him and have been doing it much longer too.

Egocentric is probably the better word for this people.  Won’t disagree there.
