Denver isn't scared. Neither are the Colts (and the Dolphins might not be either, depending on what you believe).

All that said, it sounds like the calls are coming from his people, not Harbaugh himself.

And yeah, between his age and his personality, he might not be what Tepper is looking for.

I still prefer Frank Reich.  What do I know, I only hated the Rule hire from the jump (literally ranked him #6 out of the 6 finalists) and while Mike McCarthy (my top choice at the time) isn't a 'sexy' HC, he's been solid in Dallas.

Tepper could be really hesitant to give the kind of control Harbaugh likely wants to someone again after making that mistake with Fhule. Or maybe I’m just too optimistic he can learn from/admit mistakes ha

I would definitely take Ken Dorsey.  Him and drafting Anthony Richardson sounds like a superbowl appearance would be on the horizon.

If there's anyone you can trust to make the right coaching hire, it's David Tepper. He'll definitely have this team looking better next year than this year for sure

I am happy to hear this news. I am just not a fan of harbaugh as a HC. Something just isn’t right with the guy.
