No matter who we hire, we can all appreciate not having this man lead the franchise anymore:

Honestly, what's to be mad about? I appreciate him clarifying this. He should've just made it a point to do this in a presser soon afterwards. But it's easy to fug up and then forget to go back and clean up the mess when you're in so far over your head that you're drowning. Rhule was out of his league and I think he knew it and he was just flailing.

Nothing to be mad about, it’s just another example of him spewing BS after the fact and thinking he can talk his way out of something that he did intentionally. He lied many times and did the same thing with Teddy

I just have a hard time believe anything he says.

One of my favorite Rhule photos, with the classic "What am I doing here?" slouch.

This fat turd needs flushed. Good riddance to this mouth breathing moron. Never wanted a coach to be fired so bad in my life. You could see his true colors when he threw cam under the bus and when we had a scuffle on the sidelines, he didn’t try to break it up, he just stared at it and then when he player bumped into him he freaked out like a child. No backbone, just weird sayings and acronyms.

    • I agree but he honestly has gotten better about this. Used to be he’d do it like 4-5 times a game, now it’s like 2-3. Overall I’m incredibly happy with his game, his D has been solid and when he is playing his role he’s a solid scorer and one of the few guys who can consistently finish at the rim and provide that threat. Plus he’s electric and LaMelo loves him. Going into the season I was sure he would just be a stop gap here but now I’m reconsidering and could see him continue to be a “core” piece here. Obviously not on the level of the other starters but he is an important cog for this team. We felt his missed presence during his and Moose’s suspensions.
    • Philly will be a bigger challenge than the Knicks were IMO. George and Embiid are back, not sure about Maxey but Embiid alone is a nightmare matchup for us and Moose. We’ve never really done well against him. Celtics added Tatum but honestly not sure they’re all that much better with him right now than they were when we whooped them a few weeks ago. We should be able to at the very least split these 2, hopefully take both.
