Biggest W for the Bears in this trade.

#1 WR to head a good young core at a rly good price.

And they still pick at 9 so they can get a top offensive lineman or defensive player. And DJs contract extension is super friendly. They keep all that cap space. They are in prime position to be much more competitive this season.

Look, I like DJ, but people acting like we just traded prime Smitty need a reality check.

Yes, there is a lot of risk in this trade, but a franchise QB is worth 5 DJ Moore's in the modern NFL.

Time will tell how this plays out, but this was not unreasonable trade compensation by any imaginable stretch

DJ is a top-20 receiver but he’s not a superstar. He’s a Eric Moulds/Tory Holt of this generation. Highly valuable but not irreplaceable.

Time to make some moves and build a new corps

People should not downplay dj. He is criminally underrated on this site. It sucks bad but I get it. We need a franchise qb. We better have draft plans or another trade for a receiver because tmj as the #1 isn’t going to cut it for next year.

People are crapping on Moore but TMJ has done basically nothing. He's got as much to prove as any rookie WR we will surely draft now.

More or less a top 10 receiver with joke quarterbacks throwing to him.

Fitt bought them a SB appearance at minimum.
