Was at one of these dinners once.  The candidate was being asked so many questions/responding that they could barely eat anything on the plate. One of the sr people at the table had to jump in and say, "hey everybody - let's let them grab a bit to eat, we're all finished with our meals - they haven't eaten a thing"

In order to come across as honest and not a fake person, I would order the same thing I normally order.

If I am a highly rated draft choice they will have already researched me and probably know all my habits and desires, eating included.
