Fitt's job is to put together the roster Reich says he needs to compete.  I'm pretty confident Reich will decide who's on the field and when.  Not saying these guys don't collaborate, but it doesn't feel like this coaching staff will leave the better player on the bench.  Everything the Panthers have done screams they want to compete now and beyond.
