Boy, do I miss JR.

This is worse than Snyder.

Nope. It's getting in that direction with coaches and players but not yet.

Hell no the the first part. You want the players to go back to practicing in a hotel ballroom when it rains? And that was the good stuff that was bad.

The misogyny zingers are laughable. Nicole Tepper is to David Tepper what Jerry Richardson's sons were to him here. Zero qualifications and have no business in the front office. Even that curmudgeon realized it was a bad decision and kicked his boys out of the picture. Says a lot about Tepper.

Just more proof that Tepper is a buffoon.

How do these rumors always end up getting out? Also, I always find it funny when owners are pissed and want changes…you’re the owner bruv, do something about it poo stack.

Tepper has showed up to Baileys show a few times, most recently b4 the MNF football game.  My guess is he gets it from someone close to Tepp, possibly even Tepp himself.

Reich called the plays that kicked Bellichick in the dingaling in a superbowl. His record in Indy was better than Fox's, Rivera's, and Wilks'. He actually had back to back winning seasons in the Indy sh!t show. I wasn't crazy about the hire and was hoping for a young OC, but damn, can we quit acting like Reich is a bum? He's not. Like most NFL coaches, he goes as his QB play goes.

To be fair, Riwilfox "play not to lose and go .500" ball would be an improvement right now lol

She doesn't have any qualifications and neither does Dave, but they own the team.  I know Tepper is the current owner, but Nicole is part of his family and holds a position.  The Steelers have Anthony Rooney as a Scouting Intern, Dan Rooney Jr as VP of Player Personnel, Arthur Rooney Jr as VP and Arthur Rooney II (which is different than Jr for whatever reason) as the President.

I think we have a problem and it's bigger than Reich. Or Fitterer. Or Bryce Young. Or any other coach, player, or front office personnel. Ever since Tepper started "putting his stamp on the football side of the house" (I think that's the verbiage he used) after focusing on the business side of operations in year one, everything has been a series of comedies of errors. Tepper gets involved and makes a bold decision and proudly announces it to the world. Everything goes to poo. Tepper disappears. Tepper reappears to announce another bold move. Everything goes to poo. Tepper disappears. It's a recurring theme.

They are more the exception to the rule I'd say. The Steelers as much as I despise them and their bandwagon transplant fans here have a track record of success because the right people make the big decisions. The Tepper's are one trainwreck to the next and shouldn't be in charge of a lemonade stand.

Was in my car listening to the radio and Kyle Bailey says he has been talking with people in the building and Tepper isn't happy, damn near furious about how the season has gone. Pretty much wants improvement asap or else.

Take that how you want it. Didn't see it already posted.

Time to trade the rest of our future draft picks for some has-beens so we can go 2-15.

this is the guy who called plays in that Super Bowl.  And the entire time Frank was employed in Philly

Locked on Chiefs: Doug Pederson takes the Eagles to the Super Bowl

also, Ron had a better win % in Carolina than Frank did in Indy.

    • The next time a contrarian barrels in here trying to tell other people to be nice to the Tepper's just show them this.
    • I'd say or believe the RB room has or will improve. Rico > inches. Then 3rd RB is 4th rounder Trevor Etienne, who we don't know what he bring, should be more than last year and I heard he's got good hands.  All the TEs are young, even back issue Tremble is 24. Evans is a worker and Sanders has been getting props on his body. Sighlt edge points up here too, imo. OL everyone but Motown should be better too, they are mostly OL "young" and that was the first season with the OL coaches. Did you know they have a personal coach for C, IOL, and OTs?? They got three OL coaches on this staff, I don't believe any other team has this method.  You know about the talent added to WR room.  It does come down to BY. If I say BY wins the MVP award, how would that look team-wise??
    • The sad part is Panthers SM team was once in tune and godlike with the SM handling.... The only team I can think of that could pull this " leave your mark " is the chiefs. They are in the middle of a dynasty run and win 12 games on a bad year....... terrible move by Panthers. I mean even during the 7-9 years I was able and ready to talk trash with all other teams fan base...... 5-12s, 2-15, 6 new HCs, poor drafting...... I have been locked in a library and my best line is " no comment "..... God dam its been a rough 6 years and now the Panthers gave other teams this "leave your mark" ammo..... They better God dam win.
