The coaching staff is a bust… we’re at our lowest point as an organization… but what do you do and who’s your building blocks?

The sooner Reich is gone the sooner Bryce has a chance.

I’m against trading any more core assets

here’s my core: Burns, Luvu, Brown, Bryce (you’re stuck with him), Horn (one more year), Ikem, Chinn

there’s no bandaids here, we’re going to stink next year as well cause getting Bryce cost us a pound of flesh. Overpriced FAs won’t be the answer

Many on here will disagree but you solidify your D-line with Brown and Burns, solidify Luvu and admit the error in Reich and Fitterer and get an innovative coach, not a retread who was canned from his last job due to a lackluster start. The longer you wait to remove Reich the more you’re damaging Young.

Jerry Jeudy isn’t the answer nor is trading away our core

the answer is innovative coaching and experienced GM/scouting abilities.

So we hire a new coach and GM come out and lose 2 or 3 games to start the season next year what do you do? Fire them as well? Keep firing coaches until one finally has a hot start? I don't think moving on from Reich or even Fitt this season is a realistic option. Next season though? And we still look like this? Absolutely.

Burns has already shown us that he's not signing here on a reasonable or fair contract and we're not about to contend.

You have to trade him for the best offer we can get at this point, he's just not part of our future.

I honestly think we are stuck with Reich and possibly Fitt for a few more years.

No competent coach or GM is going to come here right now.

Please stop saying this. We are not stuck with anything. Tepper can fire these clowns he just doesn't care enough to actually do it. As long as the Panthers are making him money all is fine is his world.

Tepper needs to just hire someone who actually knows how to build a consistent winning franchise.

Hell he came from the Steelers he couldn't hire anyone from that franchise to help him in Carolina?

Quit making bad decisions and contracts.  Have to start looking long term towards 2025. I’m worried Fitts will make rushed decisions trying to keep his job.  Sanders and Jackson are locked into this roster this year and next because of dead money.  I like Chinn but curios how good Robinson can be at nickel if can save us some money. We have to extend Luvu and Brown.  We need talent and Burns is still talented. Unless I’m getting like a 1st and 4th we need to keep him. I’m also wondering if YGM can play a 3-4 end if we put 10lbs on him. He just makes effort which is more than others.

1. Recruit Ben Johnson back to his home state. His offense was a thing of beauty today.

2. Say goodbye to Fitt, see what Dan Morgan is made of

3. Draft an offensive playmaker as high as we can without mortgaging anymore high draft picks. I.E. Troy Franklin.  I would be okay trading a late rounder to trade up to like 27-29.

    • Who is "they"?  Who in the media still argues that Bryce Young could reach the levels that people thought he would before the draft? I mean, nobody is going to come outright and bash the kid.  By all accounts he's a good dude and I think that is why you don't see the media come after him like they did Zach Wilson.
    • It started during the Denver game after that first drive. i don’t think the panthers got a first down again until the fourth quarter.
    • The Panthers will finish with at least 7-8 wins.  So that leaves them with only two "smart" choices in my opinion: 1. Sign a reasonably priced free agent QB and see if they are better than Bryce Young in training camp - The issue is there will be very little options.  There is almost no way the Colts let Daniel Jones walk.  Rodgers, Flacco, and Wilson will likely retire (and is Wilson better than Bryce anyway?).  Winston is under contract with the Giants for another year.  That leaves Mariota, which I'm all for, but the Commanders will make a big push to keep him given Daniels' injury history.  Outside of him, there is literally nobody else. 2. Stick with Bryce Young for one more year - Nobody wants this to happen, but the Panthers won't be in a position to draft one in the first round and it isn't a strong class to begin with.  Mendoza, Simpson (and do we really want an Alabama QB?), and Moore will likely all be off the board by the time we pick.  Bryce isn't good, but we are still 5-4.  I'd rather continue to build the rest of the team than reach for a QB.  Then we could set ourselves up nicely in 2027 to make a splash play if we choose.  This is how we should have approached years past; stuck with Kyle Allen or Sam Darnold or Teddy Bridgewater and kept building the team until we were ready to make a splash.  But every year we panicked and did something stupid. There is the idea you could throw a dart at a guy in the later arounds, but IMO this just isn't a good QB class and odds are it will be a wasted pick.  I still think we need a lot of depth on the defense.  I'd rather focus there.
