Tepper doesn't know how to tank or rebuild. All he knows is chasing the next thing that leads to winning.

It is so much worse than that.

Life Its Worse GIF

Totally agree... if he gets it right (and who in the hell believes that) its still 3 years before we can compete. I believe in rebuilding organically thru the draft. Quit trading those picks away...Of course, we need someone who can actually evaluate talent... we have progressively gotten worse each year with this tactic and traded one of the best RB and WR in the game and virtually received nothing of value. We are fugged for a long time and closing in on a decade of suckdom...

The talent evaluation part is what kills me. I can't hope for them to build anything anyway when that part has been so awful and yet scary consistent with different people.

    • I may be way off base, let’s include this in that questions thread, but with the way the offensive staff turned on each other in 2023 I am happy to see anyone involved, gone. I had a bad feeling about Caldwell over it.
    • No poo tho you might could Jenkins for Legette. They got nothing at WR after the big 2 in Cincy. I don’t think you trade away OL depth. Could get a quality player in cuts. Really that 3-4 end spot what you should be looking for is someone who is stout with long arms and can push back the OL in both the run and pass game for others to make plays…. But we signed Wharton, sometimes I think Evero is a fraud ass nerd who should be an analyst at best.
    • you would honestly probably do Monroe Freeling more of a disservice by putting him in a position where is not yet ready to succeed. .we all knew Monroe Freeling struggled at the NFL combine in drills because of technique related issues & would need time to develop  & now all of a sudden before they even put the pads on Monroe Freeling is somehow a starting LT in the NFL ? if he struggled at the NFL scouting combine what do you actually think is going to happen in a live NFL game at LT ? .even our best LT of all time was not ready to start at LT when he was a rookie & he turned out to be a pretty good darn LT by the name of Jordan Gross ...just saying be patient Young Jedis
