I mean I kinda get it but the dude hasn't made a good decision in a while I feel and if Tepper isn't sure I wouldn't be surprised, especially with how it seems he's already meddling

Asking price on some (or all) of these will likely be higher than teams would be willing to pay, but it's out there.

I did say the only trade for Burns I would make is for Surtain. Insurance for the times Horn is out. But just imagine with both healthy.

I’d do that one for one all day. Decline Horn’s 5th year option; go ahead and extend him on a reasonable contract due to his injury history. Opt in on Surtain’s option and pay him the big contract he deserves.

 

Send Burns & Jackson for Surtain & Sutton.

It would not be surprising. I said it before that I honestly don’t expect Burns to be moved because it would be upsetting for fans to see us get less than what we turned down. Any small trades for late day 3 picks can be ignored as they are pretty much meaningless. Our rebuild won’t change with another 6th rounder.
