Young UDFA

Realistically, that's possible. Milroe is now playing better than Bryce was playing. Is he going Number One overall? No. Bryce and Mac Daddy Jones will both ruin this.

For either of them to have success it'll take damn near lottery odds of hiring the right coach and having Jalen Waddle and Tyreek Hill type guys fall in your lap.

The joke is that the Bears will have two top three picks and they already have a QB.

What does one of the longest times to pass vs rookie qb giving up a ton of sacks =

A young rookie qb that can't slide his protection because he can't read the front seven of a defense to give himself protection. He didn't need that skill much at Alabama but does in the NFL, we can hope he learns but that's not likely based in nfl history.

Zod, whats your opinion on Bryce.

because it's easy to say he sucks be we know the team around him sucks and that doesn't help any rookie QB develop

btw, I only watched 2 games this season that was week 1 and the game Andy  played in

Maybe watch the other games Bryce Young has started in before laying blame everywhere else. Just a thought.

    • I think starting this week you gotta work in Tremayne out there.   You don't got to bench XL but Tremayne just seems to be clearly a better WR at this stage (despite XL having the physical tools).   I think waiting on Coker is malpractice.
    • I don't like much about this team BUT WE ARE GONNA WIN THIS THING BABY LETS GOOOOOOO
    • I agree completely.  I’m not absolving XL of his errors and shortcomings, but week 2 was definitely less an issue with him as it was QB and coaching/scheme.     It’s becoming abundantly clear, not just with XL, but with everyone on the offense, our coaches are not crafting a game plan to play to their players’ strengths, but rather they’re creating a game plan and then trying to fit guys into it where each position is treating each player as interchangeable and they’re not.  The breakdown I watched also discussed how no one expected XL to be destroying people with his route running coming out - that would have to be refined.  So, the poo we’re seeing, we can’t really blame him for.  He has gotten open enough often, but the passes are often off-target.  And he would likely excel more as a guy who can threaten with the deep ball to take the top off the defense, but we don’t have a QB that can throw that pass.
