The NFL isn't like a standard work environment, but even in those, someone who has a chance to make good money while not working for a sh-tty boss will take that over the alternative.

It's also true that NFL coaches tend to be control freaks. Having a boss who interferes is a huge turnoff.

If you're a young guy looking for your first opportunity, going to an environment like ours could ruin your future chances.

Again.  Who are you hiring.  Are you keeping Reich. Changing the staff? 

ive worked for plenty of bosses in corporate IT who interfered, were bullies, were idiots, their egos in the way vs the good of the team and client.  That, is the real world  . Part of any high profile job   is  managing your manager.

we can agree to disagree.  But the whole ‘interfering’ ’ narrative to me is tiresome    I seem to recall meetings JR had with his coaches too.   Rare would be a billionaire owner who doesn’t interfere

      The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul

      Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too

      I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025.
