Like I e said numerous times, were caught in a vicious cycle.

There's a poo show. Tepper steps in to proudly announce a bold decision driven by his involvement. An even worse poo show ensues. Tepper disappears into the background embarrassed to stew. Tepper reemerges to proudly announce a bold decision driven by his involvement. An even worse poo show ensues.

Bingo. ‘LOoK guys I MaDE ChanGes cause we Suck’!. I won’t stand for ‘mediocrity’, lol. What a clown dumbass. Unless he seeks help outside his wife for the hiring, none of this even matters. He’s a slow learner as an owner though so just maybe…

if he ever has success he be the first announcing that he was successful and did it his way, even if that means 20 years setting the worst historical records in the history of the sport.

IMO, it's what makes being a Panthers fan hardest right now. We are in essence left to root for this douchebag to be successful and that's what sucks the most.

He has absolutely no one associated with the team to speak through. He fired Reich he has to make sure it was him who announced it now he is going to hold a press conference and blovate like he has a plan out of this mess he's created.

Unless he is going to say he is officially announcing he and his wife are removing themselves from the day to day operations and hiring an experienced NFL consultant to navigate this process I have no hope.

This is an awful take. I can’t stand Tepper as much as the next guy, but Tepper absolutely needs to address the fan base and answer hopefully some tough questions by the media.

I'm looking forward to this -- hopefully it's not a bait and switch where he just issues a statement publicly and doesn't take much questions.

I'd like to see him straight up answer some of the questions that the major networks are now asking out loud.

Is he willing to be hands-off given what hands-on has resulted in? Will he and his wife step back from the decision making side of things?

Is he willing to restructure & find an exec to build out the FO and coaching staff?

How do you address this as a systematic indictment? Reich was not a fit, but it doesn't seem like the coaches were on the same page (Brown's concepts vs. Frank's scheme) and the players brought in didn't mesh with the system they wanted to implement (that's on coaching & management).  How can you reconcile this? What's the plan organizationally beyond a HC?

To that point--Scott Fitterer put together the worst team in football, with help or not, he's the GM.  How can you possibly move forward with this scouting department that's failed at every level of the draft and FA?

Where do you stand with the QB that you mortgaged the combo of Jalen Carter/DJ Moore/Drake Maye/2025 2nd for? How will you allow for an environment to truly test out his skills actualize?

    • I think Bryce is going to be brought back, but I also think it is a good year to draft a QB in the middle rounds who might fall.  There are some who were once thought to be first rounders and who are suddenly 2nd or 3rd rounders.  One example is Sellers who is supposedly falling into the late first--if he continues to drop, we'd be stupid not to move up into the early second and take him--imo.  He is Cam Lite, if you ask me.  Of course, as the draft gets closer, there will be premiums put on QBs.  We can already put Simpson, Moore, Mendoza in the top 5 or so, imo, the next tier is where the QB value is going to be
    • Aggressively go after a QB? Like 2 first rounders, a second rounder and TMac aggressive? That's what got us here. Build the team, then get the QB. If you think this passing offense is set minus BY today, you're not being honest with yourself. Now they have potential, but they aren't as good as many seem to think. I can't think of any games this season where I said yeah our receivers and TEs are better than theirs. If they can upgrade QB without doing something ridiculous, then I'm all for it. If not, then continue to improve the TEAM and THEN get your rookie QB like they should have done 3 seasons ago.
