I don't know how people can be so confidently critical of Reich given the bad management decisions and injury  decimated roster. He might have some issues but more than anything he was the scapegoat of owner and management

I think it is fairly easy to be critical of Frank. His scheme, lack of adjustments, and game day decisions were terrible. Sure the roster is terrible, but so was Frank. Both can be true.

I actually dont mind the firing. I think the right coach can change the direction pretty quickly, but we need the right team builder and as much as I would like to like Fitt, his record is not great.

I dont mind the aggressiveness of Tepper taking swings at QB's (Teddy, Sam, Baker) QB's  or being aggressive at drafting one, I just wish we would see some success from those swings.

This becomes a critical offseason to right the ship.

The best thing Dave Tepper can do is to hired a President of Football Operations.  Someone with some league executive experience who will run the team.  Do a nice public introduction where he is going to trust this person and will only be a fan.  No more talking to coaches outside of social situations.

I think if Tepper were to hire someone good, who will stand up to Tepper, then that might make things better for a future coach.

He's got one but just doesn't know it.......................his wife.

Aggressiveness is only good if you know what you're doing.

Not really. King is a mouth piece spewing his opinion.  That doesn’t change the fact that Bryce has shown absolutely zero even when he had time.

He's right, though. Protection's been terrible.

Doesn't mean Bryce is without fault, but it's objectively true.

    • I mean, you probably should've waited after the season is over before "going there," that way we we'd have four more games of comparison and discussion. Don't get me wrong, I occasionally go out on a limb, but Bryce just had his best game and has given people hope (which could realistically be false hope), and Shedeur just doesn't have that many games under his belt (even if he does look promising), one of them being against the Titans. No harm in being patient and letting things play out.  If you noticed, Tepper seems to be taking a wait-and-see attitude, and he didn't mention Bryce in the clip in the other thread. I'm still highly skeptical of Bryce (and glad that Sanders has shown an ounce of success), but the reality is that we have to let things play out. The Sanders train left long ago (if it was even here). But,there are more realistic options if Bryce turns back into a frog.
    • imagine thinking that talking about our next opponent is "gassing up" someone.... and then lying about basic info because it's not flattering to the league's worst starting QB since he arrived.  as a starter he is 2-3 (just a fact) as a starter vs Bryce this year pass yards per game - Shough rush yards per game - Shough comp % - Shough  QB rating - Shough yards/per attempt - Shough and Shough is only good for a 2nd year rookie thrust into the gig on a bad team.   He is getting graded on a curve of what he is.  And he won the last head to head vs us, and looked like the best QB on the field that day.   there are a billion red flags when it comes to Bryce Young.  This is just another.
    • Imagine gassing up a 2-4 QB for a terrible division rival with stats worse than our QB in every category except raw yards per game
