As far as active owners, only Shad Khan was worse (.311) but he's trending up.

You can just google his hand size: it's 9 3/4".  Slightly above average for an NFL QB; same size as Jalen Hurts who doesn't look cartoonish holding a football, so my guess is yeah it's doctored.
