I’ll keep reiterating it - Tepper had better not retain 1 single person in that front office. Keeping anyone associated with this comedy of errors will show he hasn’t learned a damn thing.

It would be near impossible to do that kind of reset over one offseason.

Typically you replace the GM first, then maybe after the draft you start making changes to other personnel people if you so desire.

I don’t expect anyone to say anything bc of buyout NDAs but my guess would be that Dan, Scott, Samir all internally point the finger at Tepper. Tepper wanted Bryce, Tepper wanted a 4th round receiver for him in the 2nd bc Steve Smith liked him, Tepper decided to trade away our 2 best offensive players. It’s all Tepper would be their argument.

Yeah, typically. We all know our next puppet coach is going to choose "his" GM, at Tepper's urging.

I think an effort must be made to get rid of the main culprits, Fitterer, Morgan & Suleiman especially.

I know it isn’t cool to call for someone else’s job, but holy hell the record speaks for itself.

As people have already reiterated, it doesn't mean squat if Tepper will have a hand in the next hiring of both GM and coach (which he obviously will). There's no way around it, we are completely doomed. I've seen bad owners completely RUIN franchises with no hope for the future, and are still bad to this day. James Dolan for the Knicks comes to mind. Daniel Snyder. Jimmy Haslam. Dean Spanos. etc.

Our ONLY hope is for a Dolphins like lucky find in Mike McDaniels. Stephen Ross FINALLY got lucky. It only took him 14 years to do it. He'll find a way to ruin that too, just watch.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
