Is falcons life still around? I used to like to go over there and troll a bit lol

It is still around however, they have it set up to where you have to become a member of the forum to be able to view anything.

I do not know if that means they want payment per month or what but, it is clear they want to control the people, who can view their forum.

I hate Atlanta

That being said it is mind boggling they saw Lamar Jackson available and literally tweeted from their own twitter account "nah were good".

They wasted a pretty good defense and a year of young offensive weapons talent on Desmond fuging Ridder who threw one of the worst passes I've ever seen in an NFL game today and pretty much single handedly lost them that game

Yeah, Ridder is trash. I get why we didn't go after Lamar we just chose poorly. But Atlanta didn't have the excuse of planning to go all in on #1.

Arthur Smith is also a total joke of a coach. That team has a lot of talent on both sides of the ball and good OL. QB and coaching have held them back. Hopefully they keep Smith around another year

I think Smith and Ridder just need some more time. They'll get it figured out. They shouldn't give up on them for at least 2-3 more years.

Panthers are now the nfl franchise that will get a NFL HC put on a hot seat in a hurry. I'm sure if you're coaching a middle of the road or underachieving team the last team you want to face is Carolina lol. Sure you can beat them but if you play like hot garbage your nightmare can come true like Atlantas did today.

    • We need a Sam Off Ball Backer to pair with Lloyd. Lloyd is a strong Interior Will especially in Pass Coverage- but that is also Trevin Wallace’s archetype. Need a Rozeboom style run stopper. Rodriguez and Allen fit that
    • There aren’t that many ways to screw Day 2 up.  That’d be them making an obvious reach, or selecting at one of the few positions that we are pretty solid at. Because as excited as we are for the growth and improvement this team is showing, it’s still not an overly talented or deep roster. Honestly, there aren’t really many positions I’d feel bad about. Feelings about Bryce aside (because we are not going to select a QB), it’s really RB (bad positional value) and that’s it. I guess OT too since we grabbed Freeling in Round 1.    While not as high on my wish list as other spots, you can justify WR or TE.     Interior offensive lineman who would likely take over an interior spot either this year (at center) or guard (next for cap casualty of Hunt or Lewis)? Fine by me.   Dlineman? Yes, that’s a highly rotational position and we have zero quality depth.    ILB? Yep, could stand for an upgrade over Wallace.    EDGE? Absolutely wouldn’t hate another option to spell Phillips, Scourton, and Princely.    FS?  Would love to add better coverage skill set to the backend of the defense. Moehrig and Ransom are great in run support but not as good deep. Adding a more traditional FS would allow us to mix and match/run some 3 safety sub packages and or a big nickel type look with a SS down near the line for better run support in possible pass downs.    CB? Could stand to get better at nickel.
    • Sounds like Veesaar is entering the draft. He could always test the waters and pull out and return but without him our big men look like a serious liability. Better do something in the portal. If they don't do something about this portal madness my days as a college sports fan are probably numbered. This bullshit of having a nearly entirely new team every season is gonna get old fast.
