Next GM: Dan Morgan or Nicole Tepper?

Or will an effort be made to get a legit outside candidate or at least the appearance of someone who would have some bit of control over the roster between Tepper checking in with suggestions/demands from his personal NFL grapevine?

My theory is Tepper trades for Belichick as coach GM. Belichick get his winning record on the sideline & retires to the box with Tepper. Belichick receives part ownership in the Panthers & stays GM. Bill O'Brien works with his QB for a few years as OC/Asst HC until he takes HC position. Agreement set up to give Nick Saban partial ownership & join Belichick as Co-GMs when Saban wraps up his time at Alabama.

Not saying I want that. I expect it.

All of the current regime should go

Dan was involved with Fitterer and they are friends

sorry to say it, but he needs to go too

Think a lot of Dan too, but if he lacked the influence to talk people out of taking Matt Corral and DJ Johnson, let alone trading assets to move up to get them, he shouldn't stay either.

    • I don't really care as much about athleticism and arm strength.  While Murray might be better in that regard, I think Bryce has enough of both to do well in the NFL. The main reason this trade reference is silly is the money and the fact that Murray has been around a long while and hasn't proven that he can perform consistently when the game is on the line.  Bryce has shown that he can play well in the clutch (in the few opportunities he has had).
    • If Bryce can continue the level of play he showed after the benching, then there's a good shot we at least compete to win the division. Tampa is a solid team but even last year in our week division they went 10-7 and will be on their 4th OC in as many years. The Saints are a mess and are in a mist of a half rebuild half still trying to compete mode and will probably be starting a rookie QB. The Falcons are a wild card as they have a really good offense but are we really crowning Michael Penix as a franchise QB after just 3 games?  The only thing I want out of this season is for Bryce to come out and without a shadow of a doubt prove he's our franchise QB. If that happens then most of the fanbase would be happy and I believe we'd be in a good place record wise at the end of the season. Maybe falling just short of winning the division with a chance to sneak in as a wild card team.
