Im imagining today after hitting weights and cardio yesterday that I did not later in the evening go with my wife to buy ice cream and cake at Publix then go home and eat all that garbage with her. She is a younger woman at 27 who works out with a fast metabolism and can still eat crap like that while my old ass will gain 10 pounds from last nights "cheat meal". Ugh sitting here typing this as my stomach hurts and wishing I could go back and rework that decision. To me that is currently even more impactful than not trading Burns over DJ Moore which I wish we could go back and reverse also. -
None of this is new info. Seems like you're just wallowing in misery just to say you're miserable tbh.
