Why aren't we interviewing Bill Belicheck?

Only the Falcons have interviewed him so far. Seems like the perfect time for us to get in the mix for BB. Yeah I'm not the biggest fan personally, but at least with BB we know Tepper will somewhat be second fiddle as BB doesn't go for the nonsense. At least he will bring a different culture to the team. The program will definitely change under BB imo.

Should we pursue BB?

What has he done  the last 4 years

Better question is, why hasn’t anyone else interviewed him other than the Falcons?

Because he will be 72 years old in April! NFL teams hire head coaches with the hopes that the coach provides stability and long term success. Hard to make a case for that when you hire someone who will 72 years old in a few months.

I could see him being head of all football plans, plots and and schemes. The architect if you will. I could see value there especially for Tepper. Buy a clue.

Most of the replies here are comical.

We're not the type of team that he wants to come to, as we're just tooable  far behind the curve of being able to compete for a championship, which he wants. Another thing is is that Tepper doesn't want anything to do with anyone close to a CEO type, so whatever Belichick is, Tepper will never cede enough power to make Belichick comfortable. Within that same vein, rumor has it that there are some structural-organizational issues that is the hold-up on the potential Belichick-Falcons marriage.
