said it when Horn was drafted. CB’s are luxury picks, when you have everything else wrapped up. Not defensive foundation players. 

idk man chiefs just won a SB largely due to 2 elite CBs. Pats invested a ton in CBs and won SBs with them. Rams, etc. too. I don't know the prospects here well enough to say whether CB could be BPA, ideally it's a pass rusher as I also value them more, but if a CB is BPA I wouldn't hesitate.
