Canalas may turn out to be a shitty HC but he was given a kids menu with 3 waxy crayons and told to make a Picasso out of it.

watching AR and CJ put on a show while we took Bryce…

I expected us to lose, although not this bad.  But the goal with this season is the same it was yesterday.  See if we have a qb in Bryce (and it seems we have an answer to that question).  And if not, get another qb next year.

We shouldn't judge Canales unless we look this bad every game.

I totally agree on that square peg. I also pointed out many times that if there IS an elite at the top, you cannot trade into it. They will never do it.
But you take someone who isn’t a horrible NFL QB and put them into what this offense will be in 8 weeks of playing together, and you will be able to compete.
We have a QB that is physically overwhelmed.

I'd rather go 0-17 than have a QB who just allows you to compete

A QB who just allows you to compete is how you get stuck in NFL purgatory

So who else is looking forward to the post game Canales?  How much positivity can he find here?  We learned a lot?  Can only go up?

We got taken out behind the woodshed and whooped...  What do you have Dave.

If Bryce continues to have games this bad, he's going to lock up his replacement for sure.

Looking back on it, maybe we shouldn’t have keep the assistant GM to the worst GM we’ve ever had.

As I said in another thread - only in today's culture can you claim you were not responsible for something you helped oversee.

Yeah at the end of the day we can be competitive next year. Tons of salary cap, #1 pick in a decent QB class, decent not great weapons and OL, and I think Canales is an ok coach I don’t hate the scheme we’ve seen today

    • I mean the whole defense was trash, he was at least trying. Besides if you put a all-pro among 10 PSers, that all-world will look human. It's very hard to judge very bad units and find the best players among them. Horn and Mjack played well too, there was 0 pass rush and -1777784 run defense.
    • I was looking back and seen Evan Neal has made the switch to OG after awful years at OT.......I wanted him over Icky for his tricep alone..... I was 100% stroud too, I was super pissed about his record setting and playoff leading start......I had arich vastly over the midget BY too. But right now, BY is about the only one on the up&up. The Texans used lots of prime draft capital to help Stroud.  It's still not ready. But if you're honestly about past drafts, these GMs are not alone in making mistakes.  I still feel they should stayed put and allowed Carter to fall in their lap, but best I know Tepper had the worst rage about landing a QB for the past 5 years. The deal is with the correct coaching staff, Baker or darnold would still be here....Baker has signed 3 years for 100 million, which is a great NFL QB contract. Tepper hiring rhule and his shitty Baylor/temple staff was a massive setback given rhule was in control too. Then panic set in an d fitteerererererer had to make a winner and find a QB. Ugh.....I hope they are back...
    • Also maybe the biggest part is his fromer college buddy, Lord Lamar told the GM to sign him. It was done nearly right after and guess who was the first person Alexander met at ravens stadium??
