Going #1 is proof that nothing is a sure thing

All the Bryce BS hype proves that it's all a crapshoot. Some believed and some didn't. They made the wrong pick at #1. He would have been the wrong pick regardless of where he was chosen.

There will not be a top QB "prospect" in the 2025 draft. The experts don't know sh%t when it comes down to it. Always pick the guy with the athletic ability that meets the expectations of what an NFL QB should have.

Doesn't matter in this next draft if it's a #1  pick or a later pick. Pick the guy that has the physical tools to succeed in the league. Coach him up and let him loose. Bryce doesn't have the tools to succeed.

We need to win some games and be competitive or risk losing the whole fanbase. Need to put the best QB on the field now.....and Bryce isn't it.

If we’re serious about winning you let Canales tell you which guy fits his system best and go get him

If we're serious about winning we don't fuging hire the assistant GM behind the Bryce Young trade and pick to be our full time GM and we definitely don't let him and the HC he hired be the ones to make the decision on the next top 3 pick.

    • I know I’m grasping at straws but I believe this is our ‘get right week’.   Fug them dirty birds, panthers eat this weekend. Lesgo.
    • I’m guessing Canales will want to try and establish the run early. Atlanta knows that if they stop our run game, Bryce and these WRs aren’t going to win the game on their own so they’ll be keying on the run and likely have the personnel and scheme to be successful. The run game won’t work early. Atlanta will get out to a 10-0 or 10-3 lead.  Canales will then go back to the pass game with Bryce dropping back 3/4 of all plays. In that scenario we lose the turnover battle. -2 is my guess.  Past is prologue with this team.  Atlanta will get their run game going and can just as easily beat us through the air if not. Sorry, but Carolina is not competent enough to beat a good Falcons team.  We trail throughout the entire game.   Atlanta    10   7   7   3   27 Carolina   3   6   7   3   19
    • Yeah, I don't think it would. Might want to review the tape on the past two preseasons with him. The game I saw there was a massive gulf between him and Kyle Allen. Hence why he got cut.
