Start a Coup to oust Tepper

Can we just put it out in the world to get the employees to start a coup? Anyone would be better. They stench of that owner destroyed all culture at BOA.

Better catch him in a racist rant, harassing employees  or stealing from the other owners because that the only way that's happening. Being a bad owner isn't something the NFL cares about becaude the other owners win more.

The only hope is that Tepper eventually relinquishes control of operations.  Remains as the owner but has little to no say in anything that doesn't relate to the finances of the team.

I don't anticipate that to happen, but it could.  Attendance is going to be REAL bad this year.

I'd rather Tepper take his team elsewhere and the NFL give us a do-over in a couple of years with a new expansion team.

The only way to get any message through to Tepper is to boycott EVERYTHING he touches. That means Panther fans collectively stop buying merch, tickets, stop watching games, stop buying from team sponsors and stop attending any events at the stadium.

Make everything else he's involved with suffer as much as this franchise has under his watch. Maybe - MAYBE - then he'll step away and at least hire a caretaker who might know what they're doing.

Best chance would have been to deny the stadium renovations and force him to sell or move the club. That ship has sailed.

You don't like the product? Don't give them your money! Don't go to the games, don't buy any merchandise, stop giving Tepper your money!!! Only thing the guy understands.... literally
