How long before Panthers are good again?

We are what 7 years into “rebuilding” and worse than ever. The team is absent any star players.  No real signs anyone knows what they are doing. So how long do you think it’ll be until the team is good and competing for a playoff spot again??? 

4-5 years at least and that’s if drafting starts hitting.

As soon as we get a QB up to speed. Offense is ready. Defense is better than they look, but still needs a couple spots. We could get the defense spots as soon as next year, the QB might take a year or two to get up to speed but maybe we get a Stroud who comes in ready. The Texans were abysmal before getting Stroud and then in the playoffs in year one. No team ever has to be 4-5 years in today’s league.

We're perpetually a year or two away from being good. The problem is by constantly trying to retool roster, we trade our talent for the hope that we can replace their production and then don't. We end up with a bunch of misfits and no culture.

There is a good chance we are not even at rock bottom yet. This organization is on a prove it basis with me. Anything could happen but it feels like the same stuff in new ways.

Said 4 years ago if they did everything right from that point ....3 years. Well Dippers meddling has pushed that out 3-4 years...Also said we'd be 10 year straight with a losing seasons under this douche....
