What would a successful game for Young look like?

In other words - what would Young need to do against the Broncos to show any sign of promise?

attack 15-25 yards downfield.  Probably need about 4-5 balls completed in that range.  And it being done largely from the pocket. 

I think that would be a sign of promise.  

what we are going to see is him attacking behind the line of scrimmage to 10 yards in fetal position football with his jump passes however.

Only 1 turnover and over 160 yards passing. Going against this defense that’s all we can hope for.

Let’s start with a touchdown drive against a first team defense actively blitzing him.

Yeah, I don't have much to add to what CRA said. I want to see downfield passing.

ACCURATE downfield passing. Downfield completions. Not interceptions. Not sailing. Not skipping.

That's the only thing he could show me that makes me have hope. But likewise, I expect I'll actually see a bunch of outlets, dump offs, screens, and five-yard hooks.

The real win would be his last game in a Panther uniform. IR from a bruised career would be the win I desperately need to make this nightmare end.

Taking deep shots on blitzes and man coverage. Trust the oline to protect and trust his WRs to make plays. Just give them a chance. Oh and put some air under those deep shots - GEEZ.

In addition to the above:

I'd like to see some type of chemistry with a receiver not named Adam Thielen, who may play this week. AT is clearly his favorite target. If AT finishes with 4 or 5 catches that would be fine if XL, Coker, and DJ are getting multiple targets as well.

Even the sh*t relief QBs these days can get to 200. It’s more of an eye thing but if I’m throwing stats down:

180+ yards, max 1 TO, 1 TD, but most importantly, over 6.5 YPA would make me think he’s not completely lost.
