Yep. Hence why Roseman is regarded as one of the best and our assortment of slack jawed idiots are panned routinely.

He drafts the way most here would. Then he goes and adds quality FAs. Baun is his finest work IMO

Keep in mind that Bryce would've beat this team on the road with a game winning drive if XL didn't drop that ball.

I'm all for feeling optimistic about our guys but we can't genuinely compare that to a playoff atmosphere in Philadelphia. And as inconvenient as a truth it is we need to see Bryce Young do that when the games matter.

But funny to think about the small things, like if the panthers beat Philly than I’m pretty sure Washington would have won the nfc East. Funny how small things can change the playoffs like that.

I think Philly had 2 more wins than Washington.

I guess you can argue that but the Eagles still had 14 wins while the Commanders had 12.

Anywho my gut says I don't think being at home would have saved the Commanders here though. They were simply outclassed in this one all around.

Tough loss for Washington. This game was so much closer than the score indicated.

I still don’t believe the Eagles are that good of a team. They just haven’t met anyone who can stop the run and force Hurts to take chances. The Bills and Chiefs can for sure do that.

Yeah I wasn’t paying attention to final records but knew the last Washington and Philly game was a must for each team.

    • Dude is screwed.  Go all Steve Wilks and win a couple more games in spite of Bryce……the org is going to keep him tied to Bryce.   You got to at some point just call games as they should even if it means losing to get rid of Bryce IMO
    • Hell no to trading up! Miss me with that talk. Stay put and see who drops. If it's not a qb so be it. But under no circumstances should they trade up. I'm against trading for one personally but im not ruling out that it may be necessary. Just grab one in the draft somewhere and let him compete in training camp and if he's not worth a backup role cut his ass and move on. The point is you don't limit your options. Stop with the long term projects if they are not showing something immediately that would warrant the investment.
    • There is a world where we host the niners in the playoffs and the best chance to beat them would be not letting Bryce throw a pass
