Is Legette going to take football serious or just enjoy being a meme?

Also there are a lot worse offseason activities that an NFL player could be getting into, so not sure why there is so much butthurt in this thread...

Listen if he caught 80 balls for 1000 yards, there’d probably be huddlers learning how to cook up squirrel because of this.

Overall he was a bit of a disappointment on the field, so people will look for anything to criticize.

Exactly, and it’s even more important as a WR.

I don’t know what to think about dude. I like that he’s country, but I see far more content about his life than I do about his career. Which one is more important to him?

I hope his life!

I saw this yesterday it was upsetting seeing this video he needs to stop it and if he makes national news the animal advocates are going to be on him

Are you from the city? Suburbs? What?

My cousin shot a running squirrel with a compound bow at 30 yards and nailed it to a tree. Then, as people tend to do who live in the country, it was cleaned and dinner at some point. Same as turkey, deer, bear, elk, etc.

Seems to me the city slickers have come out of the woodwork. Maybe go visit your local dealer in the drive thru and take a chill pill to get your carb cycling back in check.

i don't know what's worse....the fact that this thread exists in the first place or that there are so many that have an issue with him doing whatever he wants after the season is over.

I'm from Charlotte I don't eat no squirrel's. If he wants to eat it fine but showing a dead skinned squirrel is a bit much I think

Right. This is a massive country, which is effectively all of Europe wrapped in to one. There is no one culture. He is living the country life. You live this city life. He’s not hurting anyone.

    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
    • Dude you are smart fan. 3 on 0 breakaways won’t matter who is in net. You gotta be better on this one.
    • Raiders are gonna get a good one. Rather have Mendoza fly out and play for the Panthers tomorrow than Bryce
