Thanks Ice and Juan.  I appreciate people who produce and bring content to the table.

Without further ado, my reactions, and I will try to be "laconic" (word of the day):

8- Edge/LB Jalon Walker:  A great football player.  He must be used properly.  Does not eliminate the need for an edge--and we do not draft an edge here.
57- DT T.J. Sanders:  I really liked him at SC--a beast. A DE.  I am not sure how we will rotate in at NT--and I see NT as our biggest DL need IF we play Wharton at DE.
74- WR Jack Bech:  Love this guy.  a Dawg.  Eric Decker II.
111- S Billy Bowman Jr.  Good value here, but I was hoping for a S earlier.  I want one of the top 2 because if both S have position versatility, and we have Walker and DL with position versatility, we'd be hard to play.
114- CB Dorian Strong:  Fine. A depth piece behind Horn and Jackson (he he). However, I think CB is a bigger need than people are projecting.
140- LB Demetrius Knight Jr.:  Another Gamecock--love him.  Morgan will love him.  A dawg.  A steal here.
146- G Caleb Rogers:  Don't we have enough guards?  Moton is in his final year and we don't draft a T?
163- RB Jarquez Hunter:  Not sure I have ever heard of him--probably suing his parents for naming him Jarquez--but the name does mean "Strong and valiant" if spelled correctly.  Do his friends call him Jar Jar?  I would.
230- S Maxen Hook  The great grand son of Peter Pan's nemesis.  He has both hands--for now, but that is because Toledo did not play the Florida Gators.

8. Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, edge/LB, Georgia

A hybrid player, Walker is at his best as a joker edge who can be flexed around the front seven and give a blocking scheme fits. There is certainly risk involved with his projection, but it isn’t hard to see why so many teams have Walker — who discovered his love for football about a half-hour north of Charlotte, N.C. — ranked so highly.

Some have said that they do not like this draft after the first rounder--I personally do--just wonder where the OT and edge are.  Based on Morgan's comments, I am not seeing WR that early, but I like Bech.

I fear they will have to take a wr early on day 2 if there's a run on them on day 1. You know how we fair with 2nd round picks and I think the best will be picked by round 3.

    • 5 straight completions in the 4th quarter to get into the red zone and then score a stand up rushing TD and celly in one of the best defenses faces to bring the score within 1 possession against the super bowl champs is "stunned" to you?
    • yes, if you read what I said - that was due to his record breaking 245 yard 4th quarter performance in garbage time when the Seahawks were already celebrating. If Bryce puts up big numbers in the 4th quarter, people like you are quick to call it garbage time stats but seem to get selective when other QB's do it because it doesn't fit your narrative.  also, I'm logical enough to admit that Drake is a great QB and his performance had a lot to do with his protection, play calling, and other aspects. The game does not fall completely on the QB. Just like how the Panthers were still in the game vs Seattle until Horn's penalty changed that. It is a team sport, so many factors, players, refs, coaches are involved and it only takes one thing to change the game. the obsession with Bryce is just nauseating at this point and if you pay attention on here, it's the same 10 users quoting and pieing each other. it's super weird and everywhere else you go, opinions on Bryce are trending upwards. the way the season ended, the vibe at the stadium, the performance, should have everyone excited about this next season. Idk, maybe I just look at life and my entertainment outlets differently than others.
    • Are we sure something hasnt happened to him because that seems pretty shitty to simply abandon this place
