Wish I had any faith in the CO to do a good job with this. They hated Cam. Will never forget them publishing the whiny letter from that dumb, sore-loser, Tennessee Titans karen. The paper did not stand behind that team. I’ll still give it a shot but this just feels inauthentic given the source.

This city and state didn’t appreciate or deserve Cam. Treated everything like a damn TMZ article

I have never had that much fun watching sports in my life. Beating Seattle early in the season, I lost my voice screaming so loud. I still watch highlights from that year, still blows my mind how good Cam was…unreal.

I live in Indiana and took a trip that weekend to watch my two friend's teams play (Chiefs and Vikings) IN Minnesota when they were playing at a college field, I think TCF? Anyways, our plan was to watch the game (noon game) then do some shopping at the Mall of America, I wasn't planning on watching the Panthers play Seattle since I was out sight seeing and walking around after the noon game had ended. By the time we were walking back into the Mall the Panthers were down by 2 scores in the 4th or going into the 4th and we were all thirsty from walking around for 2.5 hours after the Vikings game so we decided to postpone shopping until after we ate. We found this nice little sports bar inside the mall that had the game on. Man, I'm so glad we skipped shopping because that was probably the most excited I've been in some time for a win. Beating Seattle in 2015 felt like the "monkey off the back" sort of feeling and I knew we had finally arrived as a team. The entire bar erupted when Cam hit Olsen for that walk off TD. Literally one of the greatest moments of my life. My friend wasn't so happy though lol, by the time the Panthers game ended ALL of the stores inside the mall had closed and he wasn't able to get any souvenirs. It was his first time watching a Vikings game live and making a trip like that so he was legit upset lol. I on the other hand couldn't have been happier.

What an awesome story, when sports are great, man, are they GREAT.

That’s cool you live in Indiana, I live in Illinois. It’s always nice to hear about panther fans in the Midwest.
