I had mine removed in emergency surgery a few years back. I was 33 or so at the time. It wasn’t tough at all. They triangulate the incisions (like three small inch wide incisions in a triangular pattern), then they stitch you up. I think I was limited from heavy lifting/exercise for 2 or 3 weeks after, but I definitely felt like I was capable of doing more before I was allowed. Knowing the NFL they will probably fast track him and say he’s ready by the opener. But if I was Ickey, I probably would sit out the first week. How you feel and what you’re capable of without injuring yourself worse are two different things. -

Yeah, I saw a tweet elsewhere, I think it was one of our best writers, and they said “the ball is in [Hunter Renfrow’s] court.” So sounds like we cut him to get down to the limit and give him time to figure out if he wants to play or not, and if he does, we’ll bring him back.
