there were a ton of red flags going into hiring but this interview, starting around 3 minutes, should make all you guys hair stand up, because once again they were fooled by an interview, I mean what the fug is Nicole tepper doing breaking down tape with Dave canales.  I mean seriously wtf.   I am pretty sure I got a warning at the time for being misogynistic against her, but in reality why she is even there

It isn't mysogynistic cuz honestly I'd be just as mad if Tepper was the one breaking down the tape with canales. They both need to stay the fug away from football

Tepper can put a mediocre team out there every year and still not feel the pain.  He has billions of dollars and this is like a hobby to him. 

Where is his incentive to do anything differently? He’s going to be fine.

I feel like this team is the most likely team to be relocated to an up and coming city. Austin maybe. Or Portland.
