Meow Mix podcast cancels plans to return after players tell them not to

This is the second Panthers podcast I'd never heard of that has announced it will cease to exist this year.

I'm not saying I'm superstitious but hypothetically.... I would not want to start up the podcast after we just beat one of the best teams in the NFC and have started gaining momentum.

I think from a bad juju stand point they shouldn't return this season.   But outside of that, they should return when they want.  Not sure why the players don't want them to return.  If it's anything other than superstition this season...then fug them for that.  That unknown podcast was right when they went about what they did.

They were definitely very small to have not gotten a cease and desist letter from Post. Big corporations have teams of lawyers just sitting around looking for something to do like sending cease and desist letters to tiny podcasts infringing on their trademarks

Oh wait these guys were the ones who said they’re discontinuing the podcast because the team sucks and they wanted to spend more time with their families? Yea they were nobody.

They said they were stopping their podcast this year because we were so bad.  I guess some players took it a little personally?  So they wanted to bring it back now that we are looking better and the players half jokingly told them not to.  

-This is my understanding of it but there is a big chance I am missing quite a few things here.

At the end of the day they created the whole spectacle. Nobody made them make a public announcement for attention declaring they were done after one blowout loss. They could have said absolutely nothing and just taken a week or even a month off and who would have noticed or cared or complained? The Panthers haven't had a winning season since 2017 so if they couldn't handle losses why did they even start a podcast to begin with? The majority of twitter is nothing but attention seeking grifters at every corner. Boring.
